Fried Chicken (Crispy Chicken Fry) (W)

 Ingredients

1.  Boneless chicken 1 kg (sliced into thin long stripes)

Oil to fry.

2.  Wheat flour 200 gram

Garlic powder 1 teaspoon

Pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Paprika powder 2 teaspoon

Chicken masala 1 teaspoon

Mix the ingredients group 2 and keep aside.

3.  Wheat flour 1 tablespoon

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper powder  1/4 Teaspoon

Eggs beaten 2 nos

mix ingredients 3. into a batter of medium consistency.

Preparation

Take the flour spice mixture and batter in two separate plates.

Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan.

Take chicken pieces one after another , dip first in the flour, then in the batter and once more in the flour and deep fry until the chicken pieces reaches a golden brown colour.

Drain the excess oil putting the chicken pieces on tissue paper and serve hot.
