Ingredients
Eggs 6 nos (yolk and white separated)
Bread (wholegrain bread preferred) 6 slices
Hollandaise sauce
Paprica
Parsley chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut the bread slices into round forms and place on the baking tray.
Beat the egg whites and distribute them equally on the bread pieces with a spoon.
Press on the middle of each bread piece with the back of a spoon to make a holding place for the egg yolk.
Now place each egg yolk at the middle of each bread piece.
Place the in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes till the yolk is firm.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately adding a little hollandaise sauce, a pinch of paprika powder and chopped parsley.
