Baked Eggs / Oeufs en Concotte (W)

 Baked eggs with its origin in France is a delicate and beautiful dish.  This dish add a bit more sophistication to your dining table.

Ingredients for 1 serving

Eggs 2 nos

Salt and pepper for seasoning

Milk or skimmed milk 1 tablespoon

Preparation

preheat oven to 150-160°c.

Take an ovenproof baking dish (porcelain or glass)and butter it.

Break the two eggs and pour into the dish.

Be careful not to break the yolk.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.

Pour a tablespoon milk over it and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven.

It will be ready for serving when the egg white is fully thickened and the yolk half cooked.

When done serve  warm in the same baking dish.immediately
