Nadan Pork fry Kerala Style

Nadan Pork fry. 

Ingredients. 

Pork meat cut into small oieces 500 gram. 

Chilli powder 2 teaspoon. 

Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon. 

Coriander powder 2 teaspooon. 

Meat masala powder 2 teaspoon. 

Garlic choppe 1 teaspoon. 

Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon. 

Green chillie chopped 5 nos. 

Tomato chopped 1 nos. 

Coconut cut into small pieces 3 tablespoons. 

Shallots chopped 2 tablespoons. 

Curry leaves 2 sprig. 

Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon. 

Salt to taste. 

Oil as needed. 

Preparation.

Wash and drain the pork pieces.  Take the washed pork pieces in both hands and press the excess water out.

Add chilli powder, meat masala and salt and mix together.  Cook the meat in a deep pan covering the pan with a lid till the meat becomes tender.

Don`t forget to stir the meat now and then.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, saute the chopped shallots, ginger, garlic, green chillies till it turns golden brown.  

Add the curry leaves, stir in and mix together. 

Add the cooked meat to the pan and cook stirring well for a few minutes.

Saute the coconut pieces in another pan adding a little oil till cooked.  Add the sauted coconut pieces to the meat and cook stirring well till the meat becomes dry or the gravy reaches the required consistency.

Garmish with coriander leaves and serve.
