 Cashew Burfi. 

Ingredients. 

cashew nuts 500 gram. 

Sugar 300 gram. 

Water 300 ml. 

Silver leaf. 

Preparation. 

Grind cashew nuts in a grinder and keep aside.

Heat water in a pan, add sugar to it and cook stirring well till it reaches the consistency of honey.  Add powdered cashew nuts and mix well and cook for a further 5 minutes stirring well. 

Take off from heat and pour to a buttered plate.  Allow to cool.

Cut into pieces and serve.
