Ingredients for potato egg stir fry
Potatoes 400 gram.
Eggs 4 nos.
Oil 1 tablespoon.
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon.
Salt to taste.
Preparation.
Cook the potatoes boiling it. When cooked allow to cool, peel them and cut them into fine cubes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the potato cubes and turmeric powder and stir well.
Now break the eggs one after another and add to the pan and stirr well till all is cooked well.
As per your taste you can add pepper powder or coriander leaves.
Serve along with tomato ketchup or some kind of achar.
