Ingredients for Pork Fry

1.Pork meat  1 kg.
2. Onions  2 nos
3.  Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
4. Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
5. Ginger paste 1 tsp
6. Garlic paste  1 Tsp
7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
8.  Chilli powder   2 tsp
9.  salt to taste
10.  Oil 2 Tablespoons
11.  Coriander leaves to garnish


Preparation of Pork Fry

1. Wash and slice the meat into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and allow to flutter.
3.  Add the sliced onions to the pan and saute well till cooked.
4. Add the ingredients 4 to 9 in a bowl an make a fine paste adding enough water.
5. now add the paste to the sauted onipns in the pan and cook for a few minutes stirring well.
6. when cooked and oil separates from the gravy add the sliced meat and mix well.
7. add enough water if needed and cook for at least for half an hour on medium heat covering the pan with a lid..
8. After half an hour check whether the meat is cooked and is tender enough.
9. Remove the lid and cook an high flame stirring well till the gravy raches the desired consistancy and meat becomes somewhat dry.

Ramove from heat and serve garnishing the porky fry with coriander leaves.
