 Yoghurt Strawberrry Cake

Ingredients

Yoghurt 500 grams

Strawberries 100 grams

Eggs         4 nos

Salt             1 prise

Mais starch  50 gms

Vanilla Essence 1/2 teaspoon


Preparation

Grind the strawberries and sieve the juice into a bowl.  Add the yoghurt and salt and mix well.  Now add the eggs one after one and mix well.

Now add the mais starch using a sieve and mix well together.

Now grease a baking dish and pour the cake mix into it.

Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the cake for 40 minutes.

Take the cake from the oven and allow to cool.

when cooled place in the fridge for 2 hours.

After two hours Take out from the fridge and serve.
