Potato-Tomato
Gratin
Ingredients
Potatoes 1 kg
Garlic cloves 5Onions 2 nos
Butter 4 Tbsp
Tomatoes 4 nos.
Pepper and salt to taste
Cheese 10 slices
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into
thin slices. Chop the garlic into fine
slices. Remove the outer skin from the
onions and slice them finely.
Heat butter in a pan, add the sliced
potatoes and fry for 10 minutes turning it frequently. Add sliced garlics, onion, salt and pepper
and saute for a few minutes and remove from heat.
Slice the tomatoes into thin
slices. Arrange fried potatoes, tomatoes
and cheese slices in a baking form and bake at 200°c for 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm.
