Milk Cake
Ingredients
All-purpose flour 500 gm
Baking powder 1 tspSugar 500 gm
Egg dotter 2 nos.
Butter 250 gm.
Lemon zest from one lemon
Milk (Lukewarm) ½ cup
Cashew nuts 100 gm.
Raisins (raisins)
Egg white from 4 eggs
Vanilla essence
Mix the all-purpose flour and baking
powder using a sieve.
Beat butter in a bowl, add sugar and
beat together, add the egg dotter, and lemon zest and beat well. Add the flour and milk in portions and mix
well, add the cashew nuts and raisins.
Beat the egg whites together with
vanilla essence till it foams. Add to
the cake mix and join all together mildly.
Grease a cake tin and pour the cake
mix into it and bake at 180°c preheated oven for 45 minutes.
