Naan

 Ingredients
 
All-purpose flour 250 gm
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Lukewarm milk 100 ml.
Egg 1 nos.
Salt to taste

Preparation

Mix the yeast and sugar with the milk and keep aside for rising.  Add enough salt to the all-purpose flour and mix well.  Add the dalda/vegetable oil and mix well.  When the yeast rises add to the flour and knead the flour using the yeast mix and egg dotter.  Add enough water if needed while kneading.  Now roll the dough into a ball and keep for rising in a vessel and cover the vessel with a wet linen cloth or kitchen cloth. 

When the dough is risen make small balls out of it.  Flatten them in oval shape and fry on a hot thava (thick bottomed pan).
