Ingredients
Chicken cut into pieces 1 kg.
Ginger finely chopped 2 tbspGarlic chopped 2 2 Tbsp.
Green chillies split 10 nos
Red chilli sauce 4 Tbsp. (wet grind 50 gm red chillies)
Tomatoes finely chopped 4 nos.
Capsicum diced green, red and yellow one each.
Onion chopped 2 nos.
Water ½ ltr.
Vegetable oil 200 ml.
Preparation of Chilli chicken nadan
style
Mix the chicken pieces with 2 Tbsp.
cashmiri chilli powder and salt, deep fry and keep aside.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan,
add ginger and garlic and sauté well, add onion and green chillies and sauté
well. Now add chilli sauce, salt
tomatoes and mix well. Add the chicken
pieces, mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add the diced capsicum, mix well, cook for 5 minutes and remove from
heat.
