Sharjah shake

Ingredients 

Cold milk 500 millilitre 
Banana a large 
Fried peanuts 2 tablespoons 
Sugar 1 tablespoons 
Chocolate powder 1 tablespoons 
Instant coffee powder (bru or Nescafé) 1/2 teaspoon 
Cashew nuts or badam (Almond) flakes to garnish 

Preparation 

Give cold milk together with peeled banana in a mixer grinder bowl along with peanuts and mix well.  Add chocolate powder, sugar and instant coffee powder and mix well.

Fill the juice in long drink glasses and garnish with badam (almond) flakes or cashew nuts.

A scoop of ice on top sprinkled with chocolate powder gives the milkshake a special flavour and look.
