Dates Carrot

Ingredients
Rice flour 250 gm
Cumin seeds ½ tspSalt to taste
Carrots grated ½ cup
Dates deseeded and chopped ¼ cup
Grated coconut ½ cup
Preparation
Mix rice flour, half of the grated
coconut, cumin seeds, salt and waterfor the puttu and keep aside.
Now mix the rest of the grated
coconut, grated carrots and chopped dates.
Now fill the puttu kutti with rice
flour and the coconut carrot mix alternately and steam it
