Corn flour/cornmeal/corn-starch 50
gm
Milk powder 50 gmSugar 225 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Vanilla beans 2 nos
Preparation
Split the vanilla beans and scratch
out the pulp inside using a spoon. Mix
the vanilla pulp with sugar. Keep the
vanilla husk aside.
In a mixer blender blend all the
ingredients to a fine powder.
Cut the vanilla husk into 2-inch
pieces and place it in a clean, dry glass jar and pour the prepared powder into
it and store it closing the jar air tight.
