Trout Fish Fry
Ingredients
Trout medium sized (200-300 gm.) 4
nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tspMild chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice/vinegar 2 tsp
Oil to fry
Preparation
Remove the skin from the Trout and
clean wash and dry the fish using a kitchen tissue paper.
Mix all the ingredients to a fine
paste adding enough water. Smear the
cleaned fish thoroughly using this paste and allow to marinate for one hour.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry
them on medium-low flame till cooked. Serve garnishing with lime pieces.
Sprinkling a teaspoon rice into the
hot oil and allowing them to pop and laying the fish for frying on the popped
rice make it easy to turn the fish while frying.
