Cutlets
Vegetable
Cutlets are great as a starter, as a snack along with coffee or tea or as a
side dish as it is a fine blend of vegetables and spices which is crispy also.
Ingredients
Potatoes 250 gm
Chopped vegetables comprising of
green peas, carrots, beans, sweet corn 1 cupCilantro (coriander leaves) chopped 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2 nos (chopped)
Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
Cardamom powder a pinch
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp.
Bread crumbs 1 cups
Pepper as needed
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
If the cutlets break when frying it may be due to excess water in the mixture. You can reduce it by adding some bread crumbs and mixing over again.
Vegetable cutlets can be served
along with tomato sauce, sweet sour sauce, and various chutneys.
