Tagliatelle
Pasta with Bolognese
An
easy to prepare recipe with a special taste.
Ingredients
Tagliatelle
pasta 500 gm.
Olive
oil
Pepper
Butter
Minced beef 500 gm.
Bacon
100 gm cut into small cubes
Carrot
chopped 1 nos
Celery
chopped 1 nos
Onion
chopped 1 nos
Tomato
chopped 1 nos
Milk
100 ml.
Broth
200 ml.
Basil
leaves
Fry
the minced meat in olive oil and keep aside.
Fry the bacon pieces in olive oil, add carrot, celery, onion and sauté
well. Add the tomato and mix well, add
minced meat, broth, pepper and allow to simmer on low heat covering the lid for
at least half an hour, add milk and basil leaves.
Cook
the tagliatelle pasta in a vessel adding enough water and salt. When cooked sieve it and mix with the
prepared Bolognese sauce, add butter and serve warm topping it with freshly
grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with
basil leaves.
