Prawn fried masala curry

Preparation
Mix the prawns with all the ingredients of
group 2 well and allow to marinate for an hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and the fry the prawns
on both sides and keep aside. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in another pan, saute chopped
onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Then add chilli powder,
coriander powder, turmeric powder, meat masala and stir well for a minute and
add the chopped tomato and salt to it and mix well.
When tomato is cooked and turns into a paste
add required water and allow to boil on medium heat.
Add the fried prawns to it and allow to cook
till the gravy reaches the desired consistency. Remove from the heat and garnish
with coriander leaves.
Can be served with a variety of dishes.
