Minced meat Curry

Potato (peeled and sliced)

2 Nos (½ cup)

Ingredients for seasoning
Oil
|
1 tbsp
|
Butter
|
1 tsp
|
Onion finely chopped
|
2 tbsp
|
Mustard seeds
|
1 tsp
|
Curry leaves
|
1 spring

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped onion,
ginger, garlic and green chillies till the onion reaches golden brown. Add
coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and meat masala and mix well.
Add the minced meat, mix well, add some water if need. Add potatoe pieces,
vineagar, salt, mix together and cook on low heat covering the vessel with a
lid till the potatoes are cooked well. Remove from heat.
For seasonging heat one tbsp. oil and one tsp
butter in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add the chopped
onions and saute till colour changes. Add curry leaves, saute and when done add
to the curry and mix well.
Serve warm with various bread preparations or
rice preparations.
