Preparation
Peel, clean and slice the jackfruit seeds.
Split the drumsticks and extract the seeds along with the pulp using a spoon. Now
cook the jackfruit seeds adding water and salt. When the seeds are cooked add
drumstick pulp with seeds, and snake gourd pieces and cook well.
Grind grated coconut, green chillies, garlic
to coarse paste. Add to the jackfruit mix and mix well.
Now heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds
and allow to splutter, add urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves and saute. Now
add the cooked vegetables to the seasoning and cook at medium high flame till
all the excess water evaporates and the vegetable mix becomes dry.
Serve with rice.
