Fruit Salad
Ingredients
Apple 1 nos
Grapes seedless red and white 10 each
Orange 1 nos
Pineapple a small piece
Banana 1 nos
Cashewnuts 10 nos
Cherry fruits 10 nos
Custard powder 50 gm
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 50 gm
Preparation
Peel or deskin the apple, orange, banana,
pineapple and cut them into small pieces.
Add the grapes to it and allow it to cool in a fridge. Keep the cherries and cashew nuts separately
in the fridge and allow to cool.
Mix the custard powder in a cup of milk. Boil the rest of the milk, add the sugar and
allow to dissolve. Add the custard paste to the boiled milk and mix well. Allow to cook at low flame for two – three
minutes and allow to cool. When cooled
add the cooled fruits, mix together and keep in a fridge cool.
Serve in glass cups garnishing with cashew
nuts and cherry fruits.
