Chicken Cornflake Fry
Ingredients
Chicke
breast 2 nos
garlic
paste 1 tsp
ginger
paste 1 tsp
Chilli
powder 1/2 tsp
Corn flakes
3 Tbsp
Salt to
taste
Egg 1 nos
Oil to fry
preparation
Wash and
dry the chicken breasts using kitchen tissues. slice the chicken lengthwise
into thin stripes.
add the
garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder and salt to the chicken, mix well and
allow to marinate for an hour.
Grind the
corn flakes into a coarse powder.
beat the
egg into a vessel, dip the chicken stripes in egg, cover it with corn flakes
powder and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
serve as a
snack or starter with dips like sweet chilli sauce.
