Bitter gourd Fry


Ingredients

Bitter gourd cut into small pieces 500 gm

Coconut chips ½ cup ( sliced into small pieces)

Green chillies slit 10 nos

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Method of preparation

Add all the ingredients ( bitter gourd, coconut chips, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix together.  Allow to marinate for one hour.

Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.
