Bhattura


Ingredients
All-purpose flour 500 gm
Semolina 3 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil to fry

preparation
Mix all the ingredients together into a fine dough. Knead it till it becomes soft.  Roll the dough into small balls of small lemon size and cover them with a wet kitchen cloth and allow to rise for 3-4 hours. 
Heat oil in a pan.  Flatten the battura balls and deep fry them till golden brown in the hot oil.
