Tomato chutney (Thakkali chemmanthi)


Ingredients

Ripe tomatoes chopped
1 cup/250 gm
Pepper powder
½ tsp
Green chillies chopped
2 Nos
Scrapped coconut
200 gm
Garlic
4 cloves
Curry leaves chopped
1 spring
Coriander leaves chopped
½ tsp
Salt
To taste

Preparation
Grind all the ingredients in a mixer. Grind to a medium consistency.
