Pineapple Pudding
Ingredients
Pineapple

1 (canned pineapple may also be used, 800 gm dry
wt.)

Milk
|
750 ml
|
Condensed milk
|
400 ml
|
Sugar
|
50 gm
|
China grass
|
10 gm
|
Water
|
400 ml
|
Preparation
Cook the pineapple and 25 gm sugar together in
a thick bottomed pan. Stir well, otherwise it may stick to bottom. When the
pineapple pieces turn colour. Boil milk and condensed milk, mix well, add 25 gm
sugar, bring to boil and remove from heat and allow to cool.
Melt the china grass in 400 ml water and mix
with the milk. Pour the china grass-milk mix into serving bowls. Place them in
refrigerator to cool.
Decorate with Cherri pieces.
