Orangecake with orange juice
Ingredients
All-purpose flour

Orange juice
|
50 ml
|
Orange peelings

Butter

150 gm

Baking powder

1 tbsp

Preparation
Whip all the ingredients except baking powder
and flour into a smooth batter. Mix flour and baking powder and add it to the
whipped ingredients and mix well to a smooth batter.Fill the batter in a baking form and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C in the oven.
The batter is enough for 25 small muffins. The baking time for muffins is ca 15 minutes.
