Ingredients



All-purpose flour

200 gm

Sugar

200 gm

Orange juice

50 ml

Orange peelings

½

Butter

150 gm

Baking powder

1 tbsp

Eggs

Preparation
Whip all the ingredients except baking powder and flour into a smooth batter. Mix flour and baking powder and add it to the whipped ingredients and mix well to a smooth batter.
Fill the batter in a baking form and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C in the oven.
The batter is enough for 25 small muffins. The baking time for muffins is ca 15 minutes.
