Ingredients
Milk
500 ml
Sugar
100 gm
Eggs
5 Nos
Cashew nuts
50 gm
Bread slices
5 nos
50 gm
Vanilla Essence
A few drops
Butter
1 tbsp
Preparation
Dissolve the sugar in the milk. Remove the coloured sides of the bread pieces, crush them a into pieces and mix with the milk. Add beaten eggs and vanilla essence and mix well. Grease vessel (for steamer) with melted butter and pour the prepared ingredients to this plate and steam it in a steamer till all is cooked well.
Garnish with split cashew nuts and Kismis (Dried grapes).
