Ingredients

Fresh Lemon Juice
200 ml
Yogurt
500 ml
Egg white
From 4 eggs
Powdered sugar
150 gm
Salt
A pinch

Preparation
Beat Lemon Juice, yogurt and 50 gm powdered sugar into a fine cream and allow to cool in a fridge.
Beat the egg white and a pinch salt into a fine cream and add 100 gm sugar in portions to it and beat well to mix. Now fold the yogurt mix to the egg white and mix well.
Fill it in an ice maker and serve when done.
