Egg Cardamom Pudding (Malabar Kitchen)


Ingredients


Eggs
4 Nos
Sugar
250 gms
Cardamom pods crushed seeds
From 4 pods
All purpose flour
300 gm
Butter
2 tbsp
Cashewnuts
10 – 15 Nos
Kismis (raisins)
1 Tbsp
Salt
To taste

Preparation
Beat and mix eggs, sugar and crushed cardamom seeds using a hand mixer till fluffy. Now add the all-purpose flour and mix well use a bit water if needed.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour the batter into it and cook on low heat till done.
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
