Egg Cardamom Pudding (Malabar Kitchen)

Cardamom pods crushed seeds

From 4 pods

All purpose flour
|
300 gm

Butter
|
2 tbsp
|
Cashewnuts
|
10 – 15 Nos
|
Kismis (raisins)
|
1 Tbsp
|
Salt
|
To taste

Preparation
Beat and mix eggs, sugar and crushed cardamom
seeds using a hand mixer till fluffy. Now add the all-purpose flour and mix
well use a bit water if needed.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour the
batter into it and cook on low heat till done.
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
