Cucumber Tomatoes Soup served cold

Olive oil (vegetable oil)

Preparation
Deseed and clean the capsicum and cut into
small dices. Chop peeled cucumber and tomatoes. Add the vegetable bullion to
it. Crush the garlic cloves and add to it. Add tabasco and 1 tbsp olive oil to
it. Now grind all together using a mixer grinder or stab mixer to a fine paste
(Puree). Keep the soup for one hour in the fridge to cool it.
Before serving mix it with salt, tabasco and
chopped chillies as per taste. Garnish with Cucumber pieces and mint leaves.
