Cucumber-Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients

Avocado

Pineapple

Mint leaves (Nüsslisalat chopped)

1 tbsp (2tbsp)
|
Lime Juice
|
1 tbsp
|
Salt
|
To taste

Preparation
Peel and chop all the ingredients to small pieces. Add the chopped pieces into a mixer grinder, add Lime juice, salt and enough water and mix (grind) well to a fine smoothie.
Add enough water if the smoothie is too thick.
