Crunchy fried chicken

Chicken

Ginger paste

1 tsp

Cornflakes
|
1 cup
|
All-purpose flour
|
1 cup
|
Garlic paste
|
1 tsp
|
Salt
|
To taste
|
Chilli powder
|
2 tsp
|
Oil
|
For frying
|
Lemon juice
|
2 tsp
|
Chopped coriander leaves
|
|
Garam masala powder
|
1 tsp
|
Eggs
|
1 Nos
|
Preparation
Grind cornflakes. Mix all the ingredients
except chicken and oil into a fine paste. Mix the chicken pieces into this mix.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed non-stick pan and deep fry the chicken to the desired
crispiness.
If desired decorate with coriander leaves or
pepper powder or both according to your taste.
