Crunchy fried chicken


Ingredients

Chicken
1 kg
Ginger paste
1 tsp
Cornflakes
1 cup
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Garlic paste
1 tsp
Salt
To taste
Chilli powder
2 tsp
Oil
For frying
Lemon juice
2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
 
Garam masala powder
1 tsp
Eggs
1 Nos

 

Preparation

Grind cornflakes. Mix all the ingredients except chicken and oil into a fine paste. Mix the chicken pieces into this mix. Heat oil in a thick bottomed non-stick pan and deep fry the chicken to the desired crispiness.

If desired decorate with coriander leaves or pepper powder or both according to your taste.
