Christmas tree biscuits


Ingredients

Sugar
150 gm
Pistachios (ground to a fine powder)
250 gm
Cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon
Cloves (powder)
A pinch
Salt
A pinch
White chocolate powder
2 tbsp
All-purpose flour
2 tbsp
White chocolate (melted)
100 gm
Egg white (whipped)
From two eggs

Preparation
Give all the ingredients to a mixer bowl and mix them to a fine dough. Roll-out the batter to 1 cm thickness and with a Christmas tree biscuit form cut as many biscuit forms as possible. The rest can be rolled together and rolled out that more biscuits may be cut out.
Arrange the biscuits on backing paper (parchment) and allow to dry for at least 8 hours. Preheat the oven to 250 C and bake the biscuits for 5-6 minutes. Take off the oven and allow to cool.
The biscuits can be decorated with icing.
