Cauliflower – Green peas curry (gobi mutter)

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets boiled
250 gm
Cabbage finely chopped
100 gm
Green chillies finely chopped
5 Nos
Green peas boiled
100 gm
Garam masala
1 tsp
Oil
2 tbsp
Onion Chopped
1 Nos
Tomato sauce
2 tbsp
Sugar
½ tbsp.
Yoghurt
200 ml
Fresh cream
1 tbsp
Salt
To taste
Coriander leaves
For decoration

Preparation
Heat oil in a deep thick bottomed pan, saute onion, green chillies and cabbage on medium flame for a few minutes. Add garam masala and tomato sauce, mix well stirring the ingredients well.
Add green peas, cauliflower, salt and sugar and cook at medium heat stirring well. Add fresh cream, mix well.
Take off from heat. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve with rice or naan/ chappathi or the like.
