Cauliflower – Green peas curry (gobi mutter)
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets boiled

Cabbage finely chopped

Green chillies finely chopped

Green peas boiled

Garam masala

1 tsp

Oil

2 tbsp

Onion Chopped

Tomato sauce

2 tbsp

Sugar

½ tbsp.

Yoghurt
|
200 ml
|
Fresh cream
|
1 tbsp
|
Salt
|
To taste

Coriander leaves
|
For decoration

Preparation
Heat oil in a deep thick bottomed pan, saute
onion, green chillies and cabbage on medium flame for a few minutes. Add garam
masala and tomato sauce, mix well stirring the ingredients well.
Add green peas, cauliflower, salt and sugar
and cook at medium heat stirring well. Add fresh cream, mix well.
Take off from heat. Decorate with coriander
leaves and serve with rice or naan/ chappathi or the like.
