Carrot pudding (carrot pola) Malabar kitchen
Ingredients
Eggs | 8 Nos |
Milk powder | 200 gm |
Cardamom pods

Sugar

100 gm
|
Carrots
|
½ kg
|
Butter

To grease

Preparation
Peel and cut the carrot into pieces cook it
adding water. Drain the water away and allow to cool.
Mix Eggs, carrot, milk powder, sugar and
crushed cardamom and a pinch salt in a mixer grinder. Now grease a vessel with
butte. Pour the mix to it and cook on low flame with closed lids for 15-20
minutes.
