Strawberry milk pudding


Ingredients
Gelatine 2 tbsp
Strawberries 250 gm
Sugar 100 gm
Vanilla 1 nos
Milk 400 ml
Strawberry quark 250 gm

Preparation
Clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces.  Keep some of it for garnishing.  Grind the rest of the strawberries into a fine paste.  Take half of the strawberry paste and mix it with 2 tbsp sugar and keep aside.  Split the vanilla beans.  Cook the milk along with the vanilla beans and the sugar.  Remove from heat and remove the vanilla beans form the milk.  Add the gelatine and dissolve it completely stirring well.  Allow to cool till the mixture begins to harden.
Mix strawberry quark and rest of the strawberry sauce together and pour into prepared forms.  And allow to cool in the fridge for 4-6 hours.  Tumble them upside down into serving plates and garnish with strawberry gelatine sauce and strawberry pieces.
