Split Banana


Ingredients for split banana
Dark chocolate 100 gm
Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
Ground nuts 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream 300 ml
Vanilla sugar 10 gm
Lemon juice from one lemon
Vanilla ice cream 800 ml
Cherries 4 nos
Banana 4 nos

Preparation of split banana
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.  Heat 100 ml fresh cream and pour it over the chocolate bits and allow the chocolate to melt.  When the chocolate is fully melted mix it to a fine paste. 
Chop the nuts and fry them in a pan without adding any oil, until they smell good. 
Beat 200 ml fresh cream along with the vanilla sugar until fluffy and fill in a suitable dispenser.
Peal the bananas and split them lengthwise and sprinkle with lemon juice.  Lemon juice prevents the bananas from getting coloured.  Arrange the split bananas two pieces each in plates.  Place the fresh cream decoratively in the middle using the dispenser.  Make small balls out of the vanilla ice cream and place on both sides of the fresh cream.  Garnish with cherries, nuts and chocolate sauce and serve.
