Pulissery

Ingredients

Banana cut into cubes 2 nos
Yogurt 1 litre
water 500 ml
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste

For seasoning
|
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Red chillies 2 nos
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
oil

Preparation

Cook banana adding water,
salt, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Upon low heat add yogurt to the
cooked bananas, mix well and take off from the heat.
For seasoning heat oil in a
pan, add fenugreek and mustard seeds and allow to pop, add red chilli and
curry leaves and pour over the cooked pulissery.
Serve with rice.
