Mango Pachadi

Ingredients

Unripe mango 2 nos
Grated Coconut ½ cup
Green chillies 4 no’s
Onion 2 no’s
Ginger 1 small piece
Curry leaves 1
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation
|
Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds, and allow them to splutter.
Add onion, green chillies. When cooked ( don´t allow to fry) add mango, curry
leaves, salt and ½ cup water and cook at middle heat till the mango pieces
are tender. Grind coconut and ginger together and add the mixture into the
pan and mix well. After adding coconut paste, never allow the curry to boil.
Add coconut milk or water if the curry is too thick. Remove from the heat.
Mango pachadi can be served hot or cold with rice
