Potato Pizas
Ingredients for 4 servings.
Potatoes medium sized 1 kg.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Tomatoes 4 nos.
Basil leaves a bunch
Olive black/green 15 nos.
Mozarella cheese 250 gms.
Parmesan cheese 150 gms.
Pepper powder as per taste
Salt to taste
Preparaation
Boil the potatoes in a vessel till cooked.

Preparaation
Boil the potatoes in a vessel till cooked.
Chop the basil leaves and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Slice the tomatoes and olives and dice the mozarella.
Prepare an oven tray with parchment paper, cut each potato lengthwise into two and smear it with oil basil paste and place them on the prepared oven tray.
In the meantime preheat oven to 220/240 c.
Place the tomato and olive slices over the potato pieces and strew half of the potatoes with mozarella and the rest with parmesan.
Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with sauces/salads.
