Mushrooms chilli fry

Ingredients

1. Mushrooms 250 gm.
2. Onion chopped 1 nos.
3. Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
4. Tomato chopped a medium one
5. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
6. Coriander powder 2 tsp
7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
8. Oil 1 tablespoons
9. Salt to taste
10. Coriander leaves chopped a small bunch

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and saute till golden brown.

2. Add ginger and saute for a few minutes.

3. Add the coriander powder,chili powder, turmeric powder and mix together and stir for two.minutes and immediately add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.

4. Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms, salt, mix well, add some water and cook for ten minutes on medium heat.

5. Add the coriander leaves, mix well and remove from heat.

Mushroom chili fry can be served along with rice, or bread.
