Mushroom Masala with Capsicum

Capsicum red, yellow and green one each
Button mushrooms chopped fine 100 gm.
Tomatoes finely chopped 200 gm
Onions finely chopped 2 nos.
Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoons
Canola oil 4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped a bunch

Preparation
 Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger and saute for a minute and add chopped onion and capsicum and saute well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes mixing all together..  Add garam masala powder, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Remove from heat and spread the chopped coriander leaves over the mushroom masala and serve along with bread, roti, naan or boiled rice.
