Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

Medium sized mushrooms 20 nos.
Lime zest from one lime
Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 1/2 tablespoons
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Butter 4 tablespoons
Parsley a small stalk

Preparation

Clean the mushrooms using a kitchen towel and remove the stalks from them. Finely chop the stalks and keep aside.

Mix the bread crumbs, parsley,garlic,lemon zest,salt, lemon juice and one tablespoons olive oil in a blender to a fine paste.  Add the finely chopped mushroom stalks to this paste and mix together using a spoon.
Preheat the oven to 200 celsious.
Prepare an oven tray lined with parchment.
Place the prepared paste into the cavities of each mushroom using a spoon, drizzle a few drops of butter over each and place them in the baking tray.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Can be served as a starter or side dish.
