Cocoa powder 100 gms
Heavy whipping cream 100 ml.
Salt a few grains
Preparation
of Banana Chocolate ice cream
Transfer the cream into a bowl from the blender and cover it air tight.
Place the bowl in a freezer for at least two hours.
Serve garnishing the ice cream with chocolate powder, melted chocolate and banana pieces.

Ingredients
Ripe
Bananas 4 nos.
Sugar 3
tbsp.Cocoa powder 100 gms
Heavy whipping cream 100 ml.
Salt a few grains
Peel and
cut the bananas into small pieces and add to a mixer blender.
Add the
other ingredients to the bleder and mix till the cream becomes smooth and
fluffy.Transfer the cream into a bowl from the blender and cover it air tight.
Place the bowl in a freezer for at least two hours.
Serve garnishing the ice cream with chocolate powder, melted chocolate and banana pieces.
