Ingredients

Payar (long beans) finely
chopped
|
250 gm.

Onion – finely chopped

2 nos

Green chilli (sliced into
two)

5 nos

Turmeric
|
¼ tsp

Garlic finely chopped
|
3-4 cloves

Oil
|
1 tbsp
|
Mustard seed
|
1 tsp
|
Curry leaves
|
1 spring
|
Coconut shredded
|
½ cup

preparation
|
Mince garlic, chilli and
turmeric together. Add shredded coconut to this and mince coarse and set
aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add
mustard seeds and allow spluttering, adding curry leaves, long beans and
chopped onions adding a cup of water and cook on medium flame. Add salt and
coconut mix and mix well and cook till dry.
Serve with rice.
