Garlic mayonnaise

Garlics mayonaise is also called ALIOLI.

Ingredients

Egg 1 nos.
Extra virgin olive oil 250 ml
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves 4 nos

Preparation

Clean and grind the garlic cloves into a fine paste.   Break the egg into a bowl or mixing jar.  Add lemon juice and salt and mix the ingredients using a handblender.   Add the olive oil in small portions while using the blender.
Add the ground garlic paste and blend together.   Garlic mayonaise is ready.
