Fried Rice
Ingredients for fried rice
Basmati
Rice 2 cupsGarlic (finely chopped) 10 zehe
Carrot (finely chopped) ½ cup
Cabbage (finely chopped) ½ cup
Beans finely chopped) ½ cup
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Onion (sliced in rings) 2 nos
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation of fried rice
Wash the basmati rice and drain the water. Cook the rice adding 2 cups of water. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic pieces and fry for a while. Add carrot, cabbage, beans and mix well. Cook for 2-4 minutes stirring the vegetables well. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and rice and mix all together.
Fry the onion rings till golden brown and decorate the rice before serving.
Serve hot along with chicken fry or chilli chicken.
