Chilli con carne is a spicy stew which has its origins in Spain. The main ingredients ate chilli meat tomatoes and beans. According to the availability of ingredients and taste variations chilli con carne is prepared in various ways with slightly different tastes.
Ingredients
Onion chopped 1
Capsicum red 1
Garlic chopped 1 tsp.
Paprika powered 1 tsp
Cumin powered 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Minced beef 500 gm.
Tomatoes peeled and chopped 500 gm.
Red kidney beans cooked 500 gm.
Sugar 1 tbsp
Beef stock 2 cups
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Preparation
Peel and chop onion into dices of 1 cm. Cut the capsicum remove the stalks and seeds and cut to small dices.
